Then the delight, when your courage kindled,
And out you stepped onto new ground,
Your eyes young again with energy and dream, A path of plenitude opening before you.

John O’Donahue

When clients get to the other side of therapy, they often express that they are more compassionate with themselves, more able to clearly express their wishes to themselves and to others, more willing to take risks and make mistakes, and more accepting that life is difficult, but also of great value.

How they get there depends on the client. Counselling provides the context for each clients’ own exploration, though your counsellor will use a range of strategies to facilitate change. If you have been wanting to change how you experience your life, or are going through a life transition – welcome!

Together, we will work to address the issues you are facing so that you can come through on the other side with a new way of thinking, and confidently take on your chosen direction in life.
